Before you send
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for November to February — that stretch fills first. A date is held for you for seven days once a quote goes out, and confirmed once the advance is paid.
How do payments work?
Three stages, fixed in the contract: 40% advance to confirm the date, 50% when we hand over the unedited images — usually the day after the event — and 10% when the album goes to print. In case of cancellation the advance is non-refundable.
What does it cost?
Every wedding is quoted from what you actually need — number of days, number of events, crew size, films and albums. Send your date and events and you get an itemised quote you can go through line by line.
How quickly will you reply?
within 2 hours, in working hours. If we are shooting that day it may be the evening — but you will hear back the same day.
